Position Overview: We seek an enthusiastic, flexible Culinary Intern currently studying or recently graduated from a Culinary training program who is ready to learn from our seasoned culinary team. 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳 

About Bandon Dunes Golf Resort:
Bandon Dunes is a world-class golf resort located on the Oregon Coast near the charming community of Bandon. Guests come to experience golf as it was meant to be at Bandon Dunes' six distinct golf courses. That includes five 18-hole courses, which all rank among the top 16 public courses in the United States, according to Golf Digest. The resort is also home to an award-winning par-3 course, Bandon Preserve. A second par-3 course, Shorty's, will open in 2024. The two short courses are 'Courses with a Mission,' with all net proceeds funding the Bandon Dunes Charitable Foundation. The Foundation supports communities along the South Coast of Oregon.

    • Currently enrolled in a culinary program or recently graduated, eager to put your knowledge into practice.
    • Ability to flourish in a dynamic, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
    • Strong communication skills that allow you to collaborate effectively with team members and learn from experienced chefs.
    • Basic understanding of culinary techniques and cooking methods, with a hunger to expand your knowledge.

Physical Requirements: 💪 As a Culinary Intern, you'll need to tackle various tasks that require physical stamina and agility. Be prepared for:

    • The ability to stand for extended periods.
    • Lift and carry heavy pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
    • Navigate tight spaces and work in a fast-paced, bustling kitchen environment.
