Guests come to experience golf as it was meant to be at Bandon Dunes' six distinct golf courses. That includes five 18-hole courses, which all rank among the top 16 public courses in the United States, according to Golf Digest. The resort also has an award-winning par-3 course, Bandon Preserve, and the new Shorty's opened in 2024. The two short courses are 'Courses with a Mission,' with all net proceeds funding the Bandon Dunes Charitable Foundation. The Foundation supports communities along the South Coast of Oregon.

What You'll Do:
- Your day starts early, making sure clean linens get where they need to go. You'll drive our cargo trucks around the property, delivering supplies to housekeepers who are already knee-deep in getting rooms ready for guests.
- You'll spend time checking and cleaning our housekeeping vehicles because when they break down, everything else gets harder. You'll restock supply closets, move furniture when housekeepers need help, and basically solve the dozen small problems that pop up every day.
- Some days, you'll be inside organizing inventory. Other days, you'll be outside in Oregon weather loading trucks. You'll lift boxes, push carts, and stay on your feet for hours. When a housekeeper radios that they're out of towels on the third floor, you're the person who makes that problem disappear.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- You show up on time and are ready to work. You don't need someone looking over your shoulder to do your job right. When you see something that needs fixing, you either fix it or find someone who can.
- You can lift 50 pounds when you need to (with help) and regularly handle 20-30 pound loads without thinking twice about it. You're comfortable driving trucks and operating equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks. You can read instructions, perform basic math calculations, and communicate effectively with both staff and guests.
- You'll need to pass a background check and drug screening and have a clean driving record. Most importantly, you understand that your job matters, even when no one is watching. The housekeepers depend on you, which means the guests depend on you, too.
- This isn't a job where you'll get a lot of public recognition, but it's one where you'll know you made a difference every single day.
