As a Shuttle Driver, you will be the essential link in our resort's transportation network, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of guests, employees, caddies, and equipment. This is a night position; the shift may begin at 10:30 pm or midnight.
About Bandon Dunes Golf Resort: Bandon Dunes is a world-class golf resort located on the Southern Oregon coast near the charming community of Bandon. According to Golf Digest, Bandon Dunes boasts 5 of the top 16 public golf courses in the United States. In addition, our award-winning par-3 golf course, Bandon Preserve, directly supports the resort’s grant-making department, the Wild Rivers Coast Alliance. The Foundation supports communities along the South Coast of Oregon. Beyond premier golf, guests enjoy a variety of dining options across Bandon’s 6 restaurants.
Bandon Dunes is also growing. Ghost Tree Grill, Bandon’s newest dining experience, will open this fall. A new par-3 golf course, Shorty’s, is under development and will further enhance the resort’s charitable giving when it opens.

🚌Responsibilities that Await You: As a Night Shuttle Driver at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, you will be crucial in providing exceptional transportation services throughout the resort. Your responsibilities will include:
- Safely and efficiently transporting employees, caddies, and golf equipment to various locations within the resort.
- Assisting with loading and unloading bags and luggage from shuttle buses.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and proper maintenance of shuttle buses, including checking fuel levels and scheduling regular servicing.
- Adhering to and enforcing resort policies and procedures as necessary. • Interacting in a positive and professional manner with employees, caddies, and guests, addressing their questions and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
🏆 Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Valid Oregon Driver's license with a clean driving record meets our company policy's standards for operating a motor vehicle.
- Applicants must successfully pass a background check as a condition of employment.
- Positive attitude, professional manner, and well-groomed appearance in all situations.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems, handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision, and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to interact with a diverse range of individuals effectively.
💪 Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to stand, sit, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp, bend, and kneel for up to 5 hours and lift to 30 lbs frequently and 10 lbs constantly.

🔧 Equipment Used:
- Some equipment you will utilize during your role as a Night Shuttle Driver are a shuttle vehicle, 2-way radio, telephone, etc.
🌞 Working Conditions:
- This position is an evening shift, and you may be asked to work weekdays and weekends. You will be exposed to both indoor and outdoor environments. Exposure to inclement weather, potentially hazardous chemicals, solvents, pesticides, herbicides, misdirected golf balls, and rapid equipment movement is possible. It is crucial to adhere to safety policies and practices to prevent any potential injuries.
