As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring that our guests receive an unforgettable dining experience.
About Bandon Dunes Golf Resort: Bandon Dunes is a world-class golf resort located on the Southern Oregon coast near the charming community of Bandon. According to Golf Digest, Bandon Dunes boasts 5 of the top 16 public golf courses in the United States. In addition, our award-winning par-3 golf course, Bandon Preserve, directly supports the resort’s grant-making department, the Wild Rivers Coast Alliance. The Foundation supports communities along the South Coast of Oregon. Beyond premier golf, guests enjoy a variety of dining options across Bandon’s 6 restaurants.
Bandon Dunes is also growing. Ghost Tree Grill, Bandon’s newest dining experience, will open this fall. A new par-3 golf course, Shorty’s, is under development and will further enhance the resort’s charitable giving when it opens.

🍽️ Responsibilities that Await You:
- Embrace the art of cleanliness by washing, cleaning, and properly storing all cooking utensils, china, equipment, flatware, and glassware.
- Polish silverware, platters, and chafing dishes to perfection, leaving a lasting impression on our guests.
- Maintain the sparkle by washing and polishing all stainless steel surfaces in the kitchen, including shelves, dish cabinets, ice machines, coffee areas, refrigerators, walk-ins, and more.
- Keep receiving and trash areas spick and span, promoting a tidy and organized work environment.
- Display your keen eye for detail by examining garbage for misplaced silverware, dishes, or glassware and promptly removing and cleaning them.
- Be the floor magician by sweeping and mopping the kitchen floors to ensure a pristine and safe space for everyone.
- Utilize your organizational skills to store all dishes and wares in their designated areas, making them easily accessible for the team.
- Show your commitment to cleanliness by cleaning the dish machine after each meal period, keeping it in top-notch condition.
- Embrace teamwork by assisting in food preparation, unpacking deliveries, and maintaining the cleanliness of coolers, freezers, and storage rooms.
- Uphold safety standards by keeping materials away from emergency exits, fire extinguishers, and electrical panels.
- Be a flexible team player, willing to take on additional duties as needed.

- Applicants must successfully pass a background check as a condition of employment.
🔧 Equipment Used:
- You will become an expert in operating dish-cleaning equipment, mops, brooms, and other tools necessary to excel in your role.
🌞 Working Conditions:
- Your work hours may vary, encompassing both weekdays and weekends. While primarily indoors in our restaurant/lounge environment, you may enjoy outdoor work on our patio or serving on the course. As part of your role, you'll encounter sharp utensils, hot stoves and grills, rapid equipment movements, hot food, hot water, and potentially hazardous chemicals and solvents. Your safety is our priority, and we expect you to follow all safety policies and practices diligently.
