About Bandon Dunes Golf Resort:
Bandon Dunes is a world-class golf resort located on the Oregon Coast near the charming community of Bandon. Guests come to experience golf as it was meant to be at Bandon Dunes' six distinct golf courses. That includes five 18-hole courses, which all rank among the top 16 public courses in the United States, according to Golf Digest. The resort is also home to an award-winning par-3 course, Bandon Preserve. A second par-3 course, Shorty's, will open in 2024. The two short courses are 'Courses with a Mission,' with all net proceeds funding the Bandon Dunes Charitable Foundation. The Foundation supports communities along the South Coast of Oregon.

🎯 Responsibilities that Await You:
- Book, update, and assist with future reservations for both new and returning guests.
- Handle calls and emails in a friendly, professional manner, following our prescribed guidelines.
- Customize each reservation to create the best possible "Guest Experience," addressing individual or group needs and desires for dates, lodging, tee times, caddies, itineraries, dinners, travel options, and other resort activities.
- Proactively follow up with inquiries and maintain leads who have not yet booked.
- Manage daily correspondence and operational tasks efficiently, exceeding customer expectations.
- Maintain an accurate and reliable guest database by collecting and updating profile information.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, growth, and success.
- Acquire general knowledge of the property, its history, management personnel, and their functions.
- Assist with multi-line PBX operator duties, including answering and directing calls as required. • Perform other administrative tasks, including data entry, as needed.
🔑Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Possess a positive attitude, with a friendly and personable demeanor focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are a must.
- Exhibit excellent telephone and email etiquette.
- Demonstrate strong mathematical abilities.
- Display a strong work ethic, exceptional organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Thrive in a team environment and have a genuine passion for learning.
- Possess effective computer literacy, familiarity with MS Office software, and ability to type quickly and accurately.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems while managing multiple tasks under pressure.
- Maintain a professional manner and appearance in all situations.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
