What You'll Do:
- Irrigation Work – Adjust, repair, and maintain sprinklers, pipes, valves, and pump stations. If water runs through it, you’ll be making sure it works.
- Course Maintenance – Mowing, rolling, hand-watering, maintaining bunkers, installing drainage, and keeping the grounds in top condition.
- Problem-Solving – Operate the Toro Lynx system, track repairs, diagnose electrical issues, and keep records so we stay on top of what’s been done and what’s next.
What You'll Bring: We’re not asking for a laundry list of certifications (though if you have them, great!). What we need is someone who:
- Has at least one year of experience in golf course maintenance or landscaping.
- Holds a valid driver’s license.
- Knows their way around golf course equipment or is willing to get trained up fast.
- Can communicate effectively and solve problems on the fly.
- Can work flexible hours, including some weekends.
- Brings a positive attitude and a professional approach to work every day.
What It’s Like Out Here
This is not a desk job. You’ll be standing, walking, lifting (sometimes up to 100 lbs.), and working in various weather conditions. Golf balls don’t always land where they should, so keep an eye out! Safety is key, and we provide training to ensure you’re set up for success.
