Are you a night owl with a knack for numbers and a passion for providing top-notch guest service? Bandon Dunes Golf Resort is seeking a diligent individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a vital member of our front office team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our resort during the late hours, 9 pm -6:30 am.

Bandon Dunes is a world-class golf resort located on the Oregon Coast near the charming community of Bandon. Guests come to experience golf as it was meant to be at Bandon Dunes' six distinct golf courses. That includes five 18-hole courses, which all rank among the top 16 public courses in the United States, according to Golf Digest. The resort is also home to an award-winning par-3 course, Bandon Preserve. A second par-3 course, Shorty's, will open in 2024. The two short courses are 'Courses with a Mission,' with all net proceeds funding the Bandon Dunes Charitable Foundation. The Foundation supports communities along the South Coast of Oregon.

🌙 Primary Duties:
- Reconcile with finesse: Keep our financials in check by reconciling postings, charges, and cash for the day.
- Balance it out: Ensure all summaries align perfectly with our main computer system.
- Incidental charges: Post any additional charges with precision and accuracy.
- Night audit mastery: Run the final night audit for our resort systems to guarantee everything's on track.
- Report and prepare: Generate all necessary daily and summary reports to keep everyone in the loop.
- Guest-centric approach: Provide courteous and professional service to our guests, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with a smile.
- Front office upkeep: Maintain the order and cleanliness of our Front Office, creating a welcoming environment for all.
- Reservation wizardry: Process reservation and cancellation requests like a pro when needed.
- Tech troubleshooter: Report any system problems promptly to management, ensuring smooth operations at all times.
- Flexible team player: Perform other duties as directed by your Supervisor, contributing to the overall success of our resort.

- Education: High school graduate required, college preferred.
- Skill set: Proficient in math, computers, and accounting.
- Communication: Demonstrate quality interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues alike.
- Adaptability: Efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision, including working flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Attitude: Bring a positive attitude, professional manner, and polished appearance to every situation.
