Job Summary:
As our Reservation Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that every interaction with our guests exceeds expectations. Your primary mission? To cultivate a culture of excellence within our Reservations team by providing guidance, support, and coaching to elevate customer service. You'll lead by example, managing queues, resolving issues, and maximizing bookings, all while fostering a professional and friendly atmosphere that fuels success.

Bandon Dunes is a world-class golf resort located on the Oregon Coast near the charming community of Bandon. Guests come to experience golf as it was meant to be at Bandon Dunes' six distinct golf courses. That includes five 18-hole courses, which all rank among the top 16 public courses in the United States, according to Golf Digest. The resort is also home to an award-winning par-3 course, Bandon Preserve. A second par-3 course, Shorty's, will open in 2024. The two short courses are 'Courses with a Mission,' with all net proceeds funding the Bandon Dunes Charitable Foundation. The Foundation supports communities along the South Coast of Oregon.

🎯Your Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork and personal growth.
- Provide comprehensive training and ongoing coaching to enhance customer service skills.
- Optimize room occupancy and golf bookings, manage waitlists, and follow up on leads.
- Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and emails with efficiency and grace.
- Act as a liaison for 3rd party partners and VIPs, ensuring seamless experiences.
- Monitor call volume and staff productivity, maintaining high standards of service.
- Collaborate with management to disseminate relevant updates and information.
- Address scheduling issues and ensure adequate coverage during peak times.
- Uphold lead management protocols, reporting any discrepancies or challenges.
- Keep the Reservations Manager informed of team performance and challenges.
🔑 Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred.
- Two years of hospitality, sales, or customer service experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with Agilysys and Navis software a plus.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, juggling multiple responsibilities.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor in all situations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
