Position Summary: The barista is the face of The Gallery dining room, greeting guests in a friendly manner, preparing coffee drinks, and selling breakfast and lunch items.

·       Greet customers in a friendly manner.

·       Take and prepare coffee drink orders.

·       Sell breakfast and lunch items to guests.

·       Take payment from customers.

·       Keep work environment clean and stocked.

·       1-year experience in Barista role preferred.

·       Positive attitude, professional manner, and appearance in all situations.

·       Demonstrated quality written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

·       Ability to work between the hours of 6am - 4pm, as well as holidays/weekends.

·       Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for up to 5 hours at a time.

·       Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally, 30 lbs. frequently, and 10 lbs. constantly.
