Video Editor / Graphics Editor (Black Culture Talk Show)
We are hiring a freelance video editor to contribute to a new talk show. The format is a panel discussion providing fresh, unfiltered analysis of trending stories affecting communities of color.
You will be responsible for sourcing and preparing visual material to support on-air stories. This entails understanding the cultural context of each story, proposing graphics and video clips to support it, then pulling those materials and preparing them for broadcast.
The show is currently under development. This role will start with trial days in our studio as we develop the show. You must be available to work on-site in Midtown Manhattan on a freelance basis.

- Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro and other Creative Cloud applications
- Strong design sense: understand how to create bold, compelling visuals
- Portfolio of relevant video / graphics work
- Broadcast news experience is a big plus
