Your Role:
- Manage all aspects of the CEO's personal travel, including flights, private charters, hotels, visas, and ground transportation
- Ensure that all travel arrangements are made efficiently and cost-effectively
- Analyze the rewards programs offered by different credit cards and loyalty programs to find the ones that offer the best value.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and travel agents to ensure the best rates and service for the travel needs
- Keep up to date with industry trends and developments to ensure the most efficient and effective travel arrangements
Must Have:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably working with HNIs or Ultra-HNIs
- In-depth knowledge of international travel regulations, customs, and currencies
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
- Open to work in a flexible environment, weekends, public holidays and festivals when needed
- A degree in hospitality, travel, tourism, business, or relevant fields
- Good command over English, both written and spoken.
