Founded by sports industry veterans Yannick Colaco and Prasana Krishnan in March 2019, FanCode has over 100 million users. It has partnered with domestic, international sports leagues and associations across multiple sports.
In content, FanCode offers interactive live streaming for sports with industry-first subscription formats like Match, Bundle and Tour Passes, along with monthly and annual subscriptions at affordable prices.
Through FanCode Shop, it also offers fans a wide range of sports merchandise for sporting teams, brands and leagues across the world.

FanCode is looking for a results driven, creative and digitally savvy brand marketing professional. This role would be responsible for executing the long term brand goals of FanCode starting with the aim of establishing it as the premier destination for sports fans for all things content, commerce and experience.

Your Role

    • Drive the implementation of the brand marketing directive for FanCode and formulate strategies aimed at enhancing awareness and fostering the adoption of FanCode as the premier destination for sports fans. 
    • Strategize and implement marketing initiatives for pivotal properties across various channels, encompassing social media, above-the-line (ATL), below-the-line (BTL), and other mediums.
    • Develop comprehensive marketing briefs for diverse properties/events in accordance with established objectives and deliverables. 
    • Oversee the execution of campaigns in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including digital agencies and production houses. 

Must Have

    • 5 years of experience in Marketing across various domains, notably in Social Media marketing, executing ATL & BTL initiatives and branded content development
    • Experience in conducting marketing research to understand consumer behaviour, converting their views into insights and insights into actionable points
    • Passion & deep understanding of sports, trends of content consumption and the platforms that are relevant for building brand FanCode and the portfolio of events under it
    • Media planning across digital platforms, television, print, and other pertinent media

    • Early adopter & consumer of social platforms, trends and content
    • Experience in sports media marketing
