Your Role

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy, focusing on performance marketing to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
    • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Manage significant marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation across channels for maximum ROI.
    • Utilize data analytics and A/B testing to inform strategies, make data-driven decisions, and achieve aggressive growth targets.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and data science, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and alignment with overall business objectives.
    • Stay updated of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in growth and performance marketing to continuously optimize strategies.

Must Have

    • At least 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a significant focus on performance marketing, including SEO/SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
    • Proven track record of driving growth and scaling user acquisition for digital products or services.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to make informed marketing decisions and to report on the effectiveness and efficiency of growth initiatives.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience building and mentoring high-performing marketing teams.
    • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating ideas, marketing strategies, and complex information clearly and persuasively.
