The Brand Communications manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand communication strategies to enhance visibility and engagement across all consumer touchpoints. The role is a single threaded owner of brand messaging, storytelling & leading all communications across various channels. The Brand Communications manager will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.

Your Role

    • Develop and implement brand communication strategies to convey the brand’s value proposition, personality and key messages to target audiences
    • Create and manage engaging and personalized communications across various channels (internal and external) including Email, SMS, push notifications, in-app & website, etc.
    • Manage brand assets including visual identity, messaging guidelines and brand voice to ensure consistency and alignment with brand positioning.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including content, sales, product, and customer service teams to integrate brand messaging into campaigns and initiatives.
    • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in Social media and traditional media

Must have

    • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and communications at brand or agency
    • Excellent copywriting skills and a deep understanding of creative briefs and delivery
    • Avid sports fan with an affinity for great storytelling
    • Understanding of media metrics across platforms and campaign execution experience

Good to have

    • Highly process driven individual with high attention to detail
    • Understanding and experience with Promotional Creatives/Graphics 
    • Experience working in a fast paced OTT environment
