Your Role:

    • Handle customer queries regarding Fares & Ticketing and planning customer travel itineraries.
    • Close/convert business based on identified customer needs and provide premium customer service.
    • Offer relevant Centurion/AmEx value added propositions using detailed knowledge of customer’s lifestyle choices.
    • Prioritize & efficiently fulfill clients requests.
    • Accurate & timely completion of travel reservations for HNI groups & individuals.
    • To keep a mandate, follow up on the reporting of Pre & Post MICE Group details.
    • To be able to draft of itineraries based on clients requirement.
    • To be able to handle overall execution across all the stages pre, during and post the group execution.

Qualifiers :

    • Knowledge of high-end, luxury travel & lifestyle products, services & value propositions
    • Good knowledge of International destinations, suppliers, hotels and Sporting Events.
    • Knowledge of Destination & Visa Rules.
    • Good rapport with Consulates / International Airline / Hotels / Domestic & International hotel suppliers.
    • Experience in managing airline vendor relations
    • Elementary Global Distribution System (GDS) skills.
    • Knowledge of GDS Platforms: Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo.
    • Supplier product knowledge
    • 6-10 years of experience in customer service, travel sales, hotel & concierge.
    • Comfortable working in 24/7 working environment.
