Our focus is on building a highly scalable single destination for all sports fans. The product team conceptualises features and provides a strategy roadmap for creating fan-centric solutions. The team is filled with visionaries & risk takers who eat, sleep & dream the product! We use technology & tools like Google Analytics, Looker, CleverTap, to analyse data & enhance performance.
- You will focus on product enhancements from a strategic as well as tactical perspective to improve user experience and user retention
- You will be relentlessly focusing on new user acquisition, conversion rates, analytic and continuous testing.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and designers to deliver extraordinary products
- Optimising CAC and increasing LTV
- 4+ years of over all work experience, with at least 2 years of product experience in b2c - e-commerce apps
Good to Have:
- Love sports
- Sports content or OTT domain experience
- Worked in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Previous start-up experience
- Strong customer empathy, with an ability to transform complex data and customer insights into a prioritized roadmap
- Design sensibility, a deep understanding, and appreciation for good design and user experience

A fragmented market exists wherein a variety of content/commerce solutions are being offered by different sports platforms. FanCode aims to be the single aggregator platform that will connect the evolved sports audience with relevant sports products and services.
Launched in March 2019, FanCode today offers a personalised, ad-free, curated sports experience across news, live match scores, research-based insights, fantasy sports statistics, expert fantasy tips, in-depth game analysis and access to engage with other sports fans, all on a single platform.
FanCode, from the house of Dream11, has already amassed over 1 crore+ app installs by sports fans on Google Play Store & the App Store.
