Your Role :

    • Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, market share, and brand equity.
    • Lead the development of brand messaging, positioning, and creative assets across various channels and platforms.
    • Oversee the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
    • Collaborate with product, sales, and other teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and customer experiences.
    • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and growth.
    • Craft comprehensive brand marketing vision boards at the onset of each year, guiding the strategic direction for brand initiatives, and diligently execute the outlined plan throughout the year.
    • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to meet marketing goals and objectives.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support brand initiatives.

Qualifiers:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
    • Proven track record of success in brand marketing roles, with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
    • Strong understanding of branding principles, consumer behavior, and marketing trends.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive business results.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and levels.
    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and market research.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and creating compelling brand narratives.
    • Experience in working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
