Your Role

    • Develop and execute liveops strategies for in-game events, promotions, and updates
    • Analyze and optimize game metrics to improve retention and monetization
    • Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritize liveops features and improvements
    • Run regular events, updates, and promotions to engage and retain players
    • Work with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns for liveops initiatives
    • Conduct market research to understand player preferences and behaviors
    • Manage budgets and resources for liveops efforts
    • Communicate liveops plans and progress to stakeholders, including the development team, the company leadership, and the community
    • Work closely with the community team to gather player feedback and incorporate it into liveops plans

Must Have

    • 5+ years of experience in game liveops or product management
    • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform decision-making
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Proven track record of driving successful liveops initiatives
    • Experience managing budgets and resources

Good to have

    • Familiarity with liveops tools and technologies, such as in-game analytics and marketing automation platforms
    • Experience with user acquisition and retention strategies
    • Knowledge of monetization models and techniques for driving in-app purchases
    • Knowledge of game design and monetization 
    • Experience in customer support or community management
