As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire spectrum of performance marketing, from meticulous planning to seamless execution

Your Role:

    • Own end-to-end performance marketing, from strategic planning to hands-on execution.
    • Measure and report on campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement against Key Result expectations.
    • Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities and enhance campaign effectiveness.
    • Foster a culture of experimentation, Plan, execute, measure, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
    • Demonstrate strong analytical abilities to optimize both marketing campaigns and overall product user experience.
    • Develop and manage long-term marketing budget projections, ensuring effective resource allocation for strategic growth.

Must Haves:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
    • Hands-on experience with Meta marketing and AdWords for D2C commerce. 
    • Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Clevertap, and Looker. Ability to extract meaningful insights from data to inform marketing strategies and campaign optimizations.
    • Proven experience in designing and executing A/B experiments to test and refine marketing strategies.

Good to Haves:

    • Proficient in driving landing page optimization initiatives as an integral part of the user funnel conversion process.
