- Develop and execute liveops strategies for in-game events, promotions, and updates
- Analyze and optimize game metrics to improve retention and monetization
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritize liveops features and improvements
- Run regular events, updates, and promotions to engage and retain players
- Work with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns for liveops initiatives
- Conduct market research to understand player preferences and behaviors
- Manage budgets and resources for liveops efforts
- Communicate liveops plans and progress to stakeholders, including the development team, the company leadership, and the community
- Work closely with the community team to gather player feedback and incorporate it into liveops plans
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and launch of live operations features and events.
- Use data and player behavior analysis to drive product decisions and optimizations.
- Drive the development of new monetization strategies and player engagement initiatives.
- 7+ years of experience in game liveops or product management
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using metrics and data to inform decision-making
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proven track record of driving successful liveops initiatives
- Experience managing budgets and resources
Good to have
- Familiarity with liveops tools and technologies, such as in-game analytics and marketing automation platforms
- Experience with user acquisition and retention strategies
- Knowledge of game design, user experience design principles, monetization models, and techniques for driving in-app purchases
- Experience in customer support or community management
- Excellent project management skills
