Audit & Risk @Dream Sports:
Audit & Risk team enables the business to maintain high level of governance with visibility on risk insights to relevant shareholders. We provide independent assurance over the effective operation of an organization's risk management, governance, and internal control processes. We are responsible for detecting, assessing, monitoring, reporting, managing and mitigating the risks, building a robust process that can provide a suitable platform for all our users.
Your Role:
- Implementing ERM framework to manage strategic, operational, financial, legal, IT & digital, reputation, and sustainability risks
- Partnering with controls team, audit team and other stakeholders to provide a seamless approach to integrated fraud & risk management program
- Identifying and manage emerging business risks and industry trends in the area of trust & safety to formulate mitigation actions
- Managing trust & safety framework and operations to detect & prevent fraudulent/malicious activity on UI platforms
- Developing a guiding framework of user behaviour and build controls that can help identify/investigate any policy violations, fraud, abuse, and other inappropriate behaviour on the platform
- Partnering closely with tech, product, design, data & operations team to use technology and automation to reduce manual efforts by continuous eliminations of false positives
- Monitoring and improving risk-performance metrics to create risk-aware culture
Qualifiers:
- 10 - 15 years of experience in developing and implementing enterprise risk management programs in a complex organization(Tech preferred)
- Has actively managed and delivered for trust and safety activities in a tech business
