Our finance team works relentlessly for stakeholders like Investors, Board, Government, Bankers, Business Vendor Partners, Customers & Employees. They are committed to planning & managing finances through Budgeting and Planning, MIS Reporting, etc.
The team ensures fiscal law compliances, including Direct and Indirect Tax comprising GST, Income Tax, Transfer Pricing, etc., while ensuring internal control for financial transactions and significantly contributing towards informed decision-making at Dream11.
Your Role:
- Forecasting cash flows & presenting it to the CFO & the founders
- Deploying surplus cash available in short-term and long-term liquid instruments like bank fixed deposits, mutual funds, etc.
- Monitoring and reporting of credit events in investee companies on a daily basis
- Managing relationships with bankers and fund managers
- Optimizing for returns of idle funds
- Understanding of macro and micro factors that impact the Indian economy and thereby their financial impact
- Collating data from reliable sources to take long-term and short-term views on debt market issuers
- Creating, adhering, and modifying the investment policy for the organization
- Working with the business stakeholders to address their fund requirements and handle day-to-day cash flow projections
Qualifiers:
- Minimum 7 years of experience post CA/MBA in treasury
- Previous experience working on risk analysis (middle office) in treasury, preferably with a tech start-up
