Your Role :
- Collaborate with HODs and understand different job functions and role requirements
- Work on multiple open roles across teams and ensure that every hire is a culture fit 'A' player
- Managing the recruitment process end-to-end from requirement gathering to day 1 on-boarding
- Recommending new ideas and help create new strategies for hiring that contribute to our long term growth
- Partnering with the leadership team to hire, develop and grow the DreamSetGo team
- Building scalable people practices and creative engagement programs for all Dreamsetters
Qualifiers :
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruiting for mid to senior-level positions using different organic & inorganic channels
- Deep understanding of the start-up ecosystem
- High on relationship building and influencing skills
- Employee focused, not very rigid on policies or processes (Flexible to adapt and work on new policies)
- Conflict management skills
