Your Role
- Lead all aspects of game design, including gameplay, systems, economy, and more
- Create and implement game design plans, with clear goals, timelines, and budgets
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that game design plans are followed
- Gather and analyze feedback from game players and use it to refine game design plans
- Monitor game performance and adjust game design plans to optimize player experience
- Collect and track game design metrics to measure progress and performance
- Keep up to date with industry trends and use that knowledge to inform game design decisions
- Recruit and manage game designers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and training
Must Have
- 10+ years of experience in game design
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge and understanding of game design principles and techniques
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
Good to have
- Experience with game development tools such as Unity3D or Unreal Engine
- Knowledge of game monetization strategies
- Understanding of game analytics and data-driven design
- An understanding of user experience and usability principles
- Experience with scripting and coding
