The Product team is at the forefront of Dream11's user-first approach, with a single-minded focus towards building a scalable fantasy sports platform that makes every game exciting for all sports fans. From analysing consumer and industry trends to conceptualising features and strategy roadmaps, the Dream11 Product team facilitates cross-functional collaboration to develop innovative solutions that drive retention and growth at Dream11.
Your Role:
- Building the right roadmap at a product domain level and working with other product leaders for cross-team alignment
- Leading collaboration across large tech, data and design teams to drive the right and most impactful features
- Developing business cases for new investment areas based on market insights, internal capabilities, financial models, and ROI analysis
- Prioritizing the product roadmap based on a deep understanding of the tech stack and mentoring PMs in the team to do the same
- Leading delivery of product roadmap by communicating broad-based hurdles to management and working to solve them
- Leading brainstorming sessions at a product leadership level
Qualifiers:
- 5+ years of work experience in product management across B2C companies
- Ability to manage a team of PMs
