The Design team at Dream11 consists of User Experience Researchers, UX Designers, Product Designers, Graphics Designers and Illustrators. The team plays a critical role in ensuring that the products and experiences delivered to our users are not only useful and usable, but that they accurately reflect our brand and are a delight to use. Your Role:
- Formulate the Design strategy and contribute to the product roadmap for Dream11
- Scale and mentor a 30-50 member multidisciplinary design team of UX, Product Designers, Graphic Designers, and Researchers and Illustrators
- Inculcate a strong design-led culture within the organization
- Lead solutions to complex/impactful user and business problems through data and research-driven problem-solving
- Ensure execution of design strategy to deliver an outstanding user experience and best-in-class product
- Work in close collaboration with the leaders in marketing, product, content and tech to deliver on the roadmap for the product
Qualifiers:
- 10+ years of relevant design experience with at least 4 years in a leadership position
- Proven skills in scaling and structuring design teams and defining processes
- Degree in a design-related field and/or recognised UX/UI certifications
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design work, with a focus on mobile and web applications.
