The Design team at Dream11 consists of User Experience Researchers, UX Designers, Product Designers, Graphics Designers and Illustrators. The team plays a critical role in ensuring that the products and experiences delivered to our users are not only useful and usable, but that they accurately reflect our brand and are a delight to use. We would love to hear from you if you are looking to work on complex, challenging and exciting design problems.
Your Role:
- Drive strong product impact, ensuring design excellence, and delivering strategic outcomes for Dream11
- Scale and support a large talented team of UX, Product Designers, Graphic Designers, and Researchers and Illustrators, making them more effective and engaged
- Foster communication, efficiency and strong design-led culture within the organization
- Partner closely with the leaders in data, marketing, product, content and tech to deliver best in class experiences for Dream11
Qualifiers:
- 10+ years of relevant design experience with at least 4 years in a leadership position
- Experience managing large multidisciplinary design teams
- Track record driving strong B2C product impact and high quality design execution
- Past work portfolio that showcases your design thinking, with a focus on mobile and web applications
