The Customer Success team is a combination of passionate, fun & highly communicative Dreamsters that work towards enhancing the playing experience of over 7.5+ Crore sports fans on Dream11. This is a high performance role and you'll fit right in if you believe in delivering the best of service experience to our users and that customer service is not a department, it's an attitude.
- Active user communication via emails, live chats and calls
- Ensure minimum turnaround time for resolving user queries & complaints
- Deliver the best in class service in the most friendly and timely manner
- Suggest process & product improvements based on user feedback
- Assist the team in reporting & analysis
- Be a team player, gel with the team and learn from your peers
- 2+ years experience in customer service specialising in email support
- Critical thinking, problem solving & logical reasoning skills
- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English
- Ability to remain calm, be cordial and friendly under stress
Good to Have:
- Worked previously at a fast growing consumer internet start-up preferably in online gaming or e-commerce
- Strong sports knowledge
