The Design team at Dream11 consists of User Experience Researchers, UX Designers, Product Designers, Graphics Designers and Illustrators. The team plays a critical role in ensuring that the products and experiences delivered to our users are not only useful and usable, but that they accurately reflect our brand and are a delight to use. Your Role:
- Given a high-level problem, you deliver concrete end-to-end innovative interactive solutions that help define a product vision, while also focusing on performance and scalability
- Your skill level across product visualisation, Ideation, interactive illustrations, execution & craft is generally solid across the board, with one or more areas being areas of particular strength
- Paint a vision for new concepts, illustration trends, and take an obsessive approach to detail and important user problems, backed by data and research
- You help to create scope for Product illustration and implement product + design strategy within assigned areas
- Work closely with stakeholders of product and graphic to convert the product vision into innovative concepts that enhance user engagement
Qualifiers:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- A strong portfolio of work that showcases a mix of process driven and practical illustration skills including layout, colour, Ui standards and typography
- A mix of artistic talent and technical expertise, demonstrating a strong background in product illustration and visual design
- Experience using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma and other tools of the trade to create compelling designs
- You collaborate and communicate effectively with peers and stakeholders
- Full project lifecycle experience from concept to completion in an agile development process
