Your Role:
- Overseeing payroll input and processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Reconciling HR data with finance to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
- Managing insurance data and ensuring timely and accurate reporting and compliance with regulations.
- Coordinating with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory regulations.
- Managing and monitoring provisions for HR-related expenses in compliance with company policies.
- Conducting periodic reviews and audits of HR data to identify and rectify discrepancies and inconsistencies.
- Ensuring timely and accurate filing of all statutory compliances related to HR and payroll.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support various HR initiatives, such as benefits, talent management and appraisal program.
Qualifiers:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems including payroll tools
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
