Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategy aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends for innovation opportunities.
- Prioritize features and functionality for engagement and revenue growth.
- Monitor product metrics and use data to inform product decisions.
- Lead product development from ideation to launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and ongoing improvement of products.
- Manage risks associated with product development and launch.
- Scale and mentor the product team for high-quality product delivery.
Must-Have:
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products in the gaming industry.
- Strong analytical skills and experience, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions and measure success.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of product managers.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of game development processes.
Good to have
- Passion for gaming and a desire to create engaging and innovative gaming experiences
- Deep understanding of the gaming industry, industry trends and emerging technologies in gaming.
- Familiarity with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine.
