We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as the Senior Manager - Alliances & Sales for Celebrity Events & Experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and managing strategic alliances with brands and their industry stakeholders to drive the sales and success of our high-profile events. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing sales strategies, fostering relationships with relevant stakeholders and ensuring the overall success of celebrity-driven events.

Your Role :

    • Develop and nurture strategic alliances with brands and their key stakeholders and decision makers.
    • Scout for right brands, clients within the country and internationally and establish and foster partnerships and relationships with them.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create products that will fit the client requirements.
    • Design and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for celebrity events, IPs and experiences.
    • Take complete ownership of revenue growth and sales for events & experiences.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging existing relationships and forging new partnerships.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their satisfaction and engagement in our events.
    • Act as the main point of contact for clients addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Work closely with event planning teams to create the right products as per client demands.
    • Take complete ownership of end to end planning and execution of the event to ensure a smooth and successful event experience.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Conduct market research to understand the preferences and expectations of clients and their audiences

Qualifiers :

    • 7-10 years of Sales and Strategic alliances experience.
    • Masters’ degree from reputed institute.
    • The candidate needs to be aggressive, proactive and a team player.
    • Proven track record of sales and business development roles in events/entertainment space.
    • Strong connect with corporates.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
