Your Role:

    • Leading user communication via emails, live chats & calls
    • Ensuring minimum TAT for resolving user queries & complaints
    • Delivering the best-in-class service in the most friendly and timely manner
    • Suggesting process & product improvements based on user feedback
    • Assisting the team in reporting & analyses
    • Being a team player and learning from your peers

Qualifiers:

    • 0-2 years of experience in customer service
    • Proficiency in written and spoken English
