The Design team at Dream11 consists of User Experience Researchers, UX Designers, Product Designers, Graphics Designers and Illustrators. The team plays a critical role in ensuring that the products and experiences delivered to our users are not only useful and usable, but that they accurately reflect our brand and are a delight to use. We would love to hear from you if you are looking to work on complex, challenging and exciting design problems.
Your Role:
- Contribute to the formulation of the design strategy and product roadmap for Dream11
- Scale and mentor a team of multidisciplinary designers comprising UX, Product Designers, Graphic Designers, Researchers and Illustrators
- Establish and promote a design-led culture within the organization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to lead the resolution of complex user and business problems through data and research-driven problem-solving
- Ensure implementation of design strategy to deliver an exceptional user experience and best-in-class product
Qualifiers:
- 8+ years of relevant design experience with at least 3 years in a leadership position
- Demonstrated ability to scale and structure design teams and define processes
- An impressive portfolio showcasing your design work, with a focus on mobile and web applications
