Audit & Risk @Dream Sports:
Audit & Risk team enables the business to maintain high level of governance with visibility on risk insights to relevant shareholders. We provide independent assurance over the effective operation of an organization's risk management, governance, and internal control processes. We are responsible for detecting, assessing, monitoring, reporting, managing and mitigating the risks, building a robust process that can provide a suitable platform for all our users.
Your Role:
- Designing and implementing audit charter and policy
- Supporting implementation of internal audit assurance framework and designing of annual risk-based audit plan
- Managing co-sourced audit partner firms and re-evaluate appointment annually by defining performance evaluation criteria
- Supervising delivery of audit plan, designing of audit program and quality of management action plan
- Managing IFC design framework and testing with corrective action plan
- Partnering closely with controls team, audit team and other stakeholders to provide a seamless approach to integrated audit & risk framework
- Ensuring advance alignment for timelines with executive management and other stakeholders on audit schedule & presentations
Qualifiers:
- Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of relevant experience in fast paced organisation(CIA and CISA will be added advantage)
- Advanced level of project management skills for managing stakeholders expectations, quality and timelines of all deliverables
- Experience in performing advanced data analytics with help of tools and share actionable risk insights
