Your Role:
- Understanding specific skill gaps and training requirements in collaboration with department heads
- Conducting engaging and interactive training sessions for product, process and skills, using diverse instructional techniques
- Ensuring training content & KMS is updated regularly
- Creating knowledge assessments, conduct dip checks, etc. to check and enhance front line knowledge
- Generating reports from accurately maintained training records to track the impact of training on performance
- Assessing training effectiveness and improving training content through feedback and performance metrics
Qualifiers:
- Minimum 2 years as a Customer Service Trainer
- Basic understanding of at least 1 sport
- Knowledge of KMS & LMS tools
