About the Role
We are seeking a Social Media Intern for an amazing opportunity to play a critical role in the development and execution of key marketing strategies for the U.S. and Canada. This position is responsible for supporting the digital team to drive E-commerce, customer acquisition and engagement priorities. What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop engaging social media content (photos, videos, graphics, reels) that aligns with our brand voice and stands out in the feed.
- Craft sharp, on-brand copy for social posts, event promotions, and email campaigns that drives connection and conversation.
- Proactively spot emerging trends and adapt them for Partake—turning viral moments into brand moments.
- Contribute fresh, original ideas to the content calendar that resonate with our audience and keep us top-of-mind.
- Assist in managing our social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Schedule and publish posts with precision, engage with our community authentically, and jump into conversations that matter.
- Keep a pulse on trending topics and cultural moments, finding ways to weave them into our storytelling.
- Foster meaningful interactions with our followers and fellow brands, responding to comments and messages in line with our brand personality.
- Actively participate in social listening, spotting opportunities to engage and elevate the conversation.
- Support the planning and execution of brand events, capturing live content and engaging with attendees in real-time.
- Help turn event experiences into social stories that extend our reach and amplify brand love.
- Track and analyze social media performance, highlighting what’s working, what’s not, and where we can improve.
- Share proactive insights and ideas for content pivots or new strategies based on data and real-time engagement.

Qualifications and Skills
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and how to leverage them for brand storytelling.
- Personal passion for social demonstrated on their own channels.
- A proactive mindset—you’re not just waiting for ideas; you’re bringing them forward.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills with a knack for capturing brand voice.
- Basic design skills (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) are a must.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about experimenting, learning, and iterating quickly.

This is an 4-month role that reports to the Head of Creative. The position is based in the GTA/Toronto.
