About the role  

As the Recruiting Coordinator and Sourcer, you will have a direct impact on Kyte’s trajectory by supporting and driving efforts to bring on top tier talent. You will have the opportunity to wear many hats, with a main focus on sourcing strong candidates, driving the interview process forward and ensuring that every candidate has an amazing experience from start to finish. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on projects to optimize recruiting processes and procedures. We're looking for someone who cares deeply about great service, execution, and has a passion for building teams.

What you'll do

    • Own candidate interview scheduling from end to end, ensuring each candidate has a great experience
    • Meet with stakeholders to identify the key attributes and experiences that would make an ideal candidate
    • Partner with recruiters to build funnels of top-tier candidates by sourcing and reviewing incoming applicants
    • Track candidate progress in our applicant tracking system (Lever) from initial contact through offer
    • Partner with recruiters to develop a diverse candidate pipeline
    • Post all job openings to our job boards and keep track of all roles internally
    • Assist in developing and implementing processes and procedures to ensure the recruiting experience is seamless for current employees and candidates alike
    • Handle additional talent acquisition related projects as assigned


    • 1+ years of scheduling, coordinating, or sourcing experience in a fast paced environment
    • 1+ years of experience in a customer or candidate facing role
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong attention to detailIncredible organizational skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced, ambiguous environment


    • Direct experience with full cycle recruiting 
    • Previous experience with an applicant tracking system (we use Lever!)
    • Previous experience in a startup environment 
    • Bachelor’s Degree
