About the Role:
Collaborating with pertinent departments within the parent company, including the Company-wide CG Secretariat, Intellectual Property & Legal Affairs Management Department, and Governance & Compliance Department, the individual will diligently assess the development and operation status of requisite internal control systems, rectifying any identified issues to enhance efficiency and compliance.親会社の関連部門(全社CG事務局、知的財産・法務統括部、ガバナンス・コンプライアンス部)と連携し、内部統制で求められる体制の整備・運用状況を自ら確認し、問題があれば改善する。

What We’re Looking For:

    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a software development company.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in handling corporate and commercial legal matters.
    • Proven capability to manage multiple projects while adhering to logistics, timelines, and deadlines.
    • Proficient in IT, particularly MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Strong organizational skills with a track record of meeting deadlines and budgets.
    • Self-motivated and proactive in taking initiative.
    • Capable of working effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
    • Meticulous attention to detail.
    • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and business intelligence acumen.
    • Native level in Japanese together with business level in English.
