About this role:
- Report project progress at daily basis (Progress, Risk, and Problem)Make sure engineers are following priorities, plans, and schedules
- Re-prioritize, plan, and schedule if necessary
- Facilitate internal weekly sync-up meetings between Japan and the US and take minutes
- Take notes while engineers are working on Hardware and Software
- Organize logs, pictures, and videos taken by engineers
- Write technical document summary to report to Honda in Japanese and English
- Help engineers to author technical documents
- Organize & facilitate a workshop when a member of vehicle architecture team from Honda HQ is going to visit us at our SV office
- This is a contract role that will last at least 12 weeks maybe more
Requirements for this role:
- Understand software terms
- Understand basic hardware terms
- Fluent in Japanese and English
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge on Auto industry
- Auto industry software and hardware background
