主な職務内容
- リードとメンタリング: 日米に在籍するテクニカルプログラムマネージャーおよびプロジェクトマネージャーで構成される有能なチームを管理・育成し、彼らのキャリア成長を支援し、プログラムの成功を確実にします。
- 戦略的パートナーシップ: Drivemodeの代表としてHondaのプロジェクトリーダーとの関係を主導し、プログラム全体の戦略、計画、デリバリーに関する連携を推進します。
- 継続改善の推進: エンジニアリングチームおよびプログラムチームの効率性を高めるため、ボトルネックを積極的に特定・解消し、業務プロセスとコミュニケーションチャネルを継続的に改善します。
- プログラムデリバリーの遂行: 要件定義、バックエンドや各地域担当との技術的整合性の確保、詳細なプロジェクト計画や高品質なドキュメントの作成まで、複数のプロジェクトのライフサイクル全体を主導します。
- 効果的なコミュニケーション: プログラムの状況、ロードマップの進捗、重大な課題を追跡・報告します。DrivemodeおよびHonda双方のリーダーに対し、明確で効果的な報告を日本語と英語の両方で行います。
- リスクとリソースの管理: リスク管理に対する積極的なアプローチを主導し、リスクの特定、伝達、および緩和戦略を実行します。経理部門やHondaのPMOメンバーと連携し、リソース計画とプログラム予算を管理します。
応募資格・スキル
- 経験: 関連業界における12年以上の実務経験。そのうち8年以上は、大規模なソフトウェア開発プロジェクトにおけるプロジェクトマネージャーまたはプログラムマネージャーとしての経験を有すること。
- 業界知識: 多文化かつグローバルに分散した環境で、TPMまたはプロジェクトマネージャーのチームを構築・指導した実績。
- バイリンガル能力: 日本語（ネイティブレベル）および英語（ビジネスレベル以上）の両方における、流暢なコミュニケーション能力。
- 高い技術的素養。車の組み込みソフトウェア、クラウドシステム、モバイルアプリ、API実装などに関する仕様や要件の理解ができる。
- アジャイルとウォーターフォールの両開発手法に関する深い専門知識と、それぞれの適切な適用実績。
- JIRA、Confluence、Microsoft Office Suiteをはじめとするプロジェクト管理ツールに関する高度なスキル。
- 物理的または運用上の要素を含む複雑なプロジェクトを、納期と予算内で成功させた実績。
歓迎条件
- PMP®などのプロジェクトマネジメント関連資格。
- ソフトウェアエンジニア、システムアーキテクト、または検証エンジニアとしての技術的バックグラウンド。
- テック系スタートアップと大企業の両方での勤務経験。
- 自動車業界、またはコネクテッドデバイス／IoTデバイス向けソフトウェア製品に関する実務経験。
