The Account Executive is the primary liaison between Drive Social Media and our partners.  As such, these individuals must consistently represent the values of the company while providing their partners with the ultimate level of account service and strategy.

The Account Executive is responsible for managing a team of specialists to continuously push strategies that drive a return on investment for a roster of up to 50 partners, which run the gamut of sizes and industries.  This person acts as an educator and guide to creating a marketing strategy that utilizes the current best practices and digital marketing strategies to their partners.  We are looking for a true leader, someone who will push their team to achieve the highest levels of service and expertise to ensure the Drive Social Media strategy is implemented and executed to its maximum capacity.

Responsibilities

    • Oversee cross-functional social media team
    • Manage up to 50 small business clients
    • Lead all client meetings
    • Retain clients through building relationships and providing tangible results 
    • Troubleshoot client issues from a digital marketing and business perspective with authentic care for client success 
    • Partner with the Director of Strategy to implement and execute proven social media strategy to bring clients a return on investment.
    • Continuously strive to meet the needs of client’s strategy plan

Qualifications

    • 4+ years of experience directly related to account management and/or client relations
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Knowledge of contract writing preferred
    • Experience managing clients in an in-person and remote setting, developing strategies for digital advertising platforms and reporting on KPIs. 
    • Expert in cross functional communication
    • Extremely detailed oriented
