Overview
DTEN is rapidly growing and looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Finance team. You will report directly to our Corporate Controller and partner closely with our CFO and others to support accurate and timely financial reports and statements. In this role you will assist with all aspects of the accounting function (monthly close, GL, AP, AR, payroll, inventory) and will work with leaders globally within all corporate functions to ensure adherence to appropriate internal control procedures.

Responsibilities:
     Primary areas of focus will include accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, inventory, and month-end close.
     Work closely with finance team on financials and inventory.
     Perform month and quarter end close activities, including preparation of monthly  journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations,  flux analysis
     Assist in the daily activities of accounting and financial operations.
     Work closely with Logistics to ensure Sales Order have been fulfilled and invoices are generated properly.
     Assist in maintaining and enhancing internal controls, policies, and procedures
     Support budget and forecasting activities as required
     Provide responses and support for departmental inquiries and ad-hoc analysis
     Support accounting team’s commitment to timely and accurate processing of accounting transactions in accordance with US GAAP and the Company’s internal controls.
     Proactively identify issues and implement process improvements to streamline processes
     Periodically mail scanning in the office.
     Perform other duties as assigned.
 
Minimum Qualifications
     BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
     Bilingual, Fluent Mandarin required
     7+ years of relevant accounting experience
     Public accounting or audit experience
     CPA a plus
     Strong knowledge of GAAP
     Strong Excel skills
     Experience with NetSuite (or similar ERP system)
     Experience working in a rapidly growing technology (Hardware/Software) company
     Experience in working in a Start-Up environment a plus
