Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Capital Markets Lead to join our growing team. As a crucial member of our finance department, you will be responsible for supporting fundraising efforts / long-term capital markets strategy, overseeing our credit facility, and contributing to portfolio analysis and management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of capital markets and funding strategies, experience in credit facility operations, a positive, get things done mindset and a passion for the music industry. You will work closely with Duetti’s Head of Finance and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Duetti’s Capital Markets strategy.

You Will:

    • Assist in fundraising activities by developing fundraising strategies, assessing various financing deals, coordinating fundraise processes, and collaborating with senior management to identify, engage, and negotiate with potential investors.
    • Take full ownership of credit facility operations, including reporting, funding requests, and relationship management with financial partners.
    • Work closely with the underwriting team and platform team to analyze and monitor performance of Duetti’s music rights portfolio.
    • Ideally, have experience navigating the ratings agency process. You will be a key player in any ratings agency processes and will be relied on for preparation, strategic guidance, and coordinating across the entire team.
    • Collaborate with various teams across the organization, including finance, underwriting, platform, legal, and business development, to ensure alignment on capital markets strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or CFA designation preferred.4+ years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, or corporate finance.
    • Experience in fundraising, deal structuring, and negotiating financing agreements. Specific structural expertise in warehouse credit facilities + ABS.
    • Proven experience in credit facility operations, including reporting, funding requests, and relationship management.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct thorough financial analysis.
    • Experience with portfolio analysis and risk management principles and an interest to support our growing portfolio monitoring function.
    • Experience with ratings agency processes is highly preferred.
    • Knowledge of asset-backed securities market a plus, especially music royalty ABS.
    • Experience operating in vague, early-stage business environments with the self-drive to push projects forward.
    • Knowledge of the music industry and a passion for innovation within the sector.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
$110,000 - $180,000 a year
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. Actual base salaries may vary depending on factors such as location and experience.
