- We are based in Shoreditch, London and have a hybrid work-from-home policy and require everyone to come to our office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Go to Market Team at Duffel

We are a small, scrappy team within a fast-moving company and industry. We drive Duffel’s growth by identifying business prospects around the world, signing them to win-win deals, and maximizing their revenue with Duffel’s products. We are a VP plus 3 sales professionals and 2 Account Managers who are passionate and dedicated to Duffel and our partners’ success. You can have a big impact if you are a self-starter who enjoys working with tight deadlines and going deep in the weeds to analyze and solve problems.

What we're looking for in you

    • At least 7 years experience helping companies maximize value from a suite of technology solutions
    • Proven track record of managing large-scale strategic partnerships in the travel technology space
    • Must have the ability to handle a multitude of diverse responsibilities and work independently to achieve desired results; have sound judgment and business acumen.
    • Excellent communication skills, with ability to express complex business and technology issues in a clear way.
    • Deep knowledge of travel technology - specifically airline and/or hotel distribution systems
    • You’re an ideas person - you think strategically and creatively, solve problems, spot opportunities, and try new things
    • Operational mindset: you’re eager to build processes for yourself and the team to maximise productivity.
    • Strong analytical skills: you enjoy digging into data to find insights and drive decisions
    • Experience working in cross-functional teams and continuously delivering feedback to shape product roadmap and influence GTM strategy.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional European languages are a plus!

What you will do

    • Maintain and grow strategic relationships with Duffel merchant partners who use our products to sell travel
    • Communicate regularly with partners as their primary point of contact, keeping them engaged and maximizing the use of our services and solutions
    • Develop KPIs with each partner to measure and analyze partnership results and grow our utility to the partner
    • Solve daily technical and operational roadblocks for partners both personally and through coordination with other Duffel staff
    • Earn variable compensation by upselling new products and extending deals with your partner portfolio
    • Champion your portfolio’s product needs to inform Duffel’s technology strategy and roadmap
    • Attend industry events such as conventions, panels, and forums to advocate for Duffel and enhance our brand by showcasing our expertise in our business segment.
