Responsibilities
Inventory Management:
-Maintain accurate inventory records across all locations and systems to prevent stockouts and ensure the availability of non-inventory supplies.
-Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy and meet inventory success metrics.
-Analyze inventory levels and sales data to forecast demand and prevent stockouts.
-Create and submit purchase orders to vendors, ensuring timely delivery and adequate inventory levels.
-Monitor the status of purchase orders and communicate effectively with vendors to resolve any issues.
-Manage inventory transfers between locations to optimize inventory distribution.
-Implement and maintain inventory control processes.
System Management:
-Create and maintain item records in NetSuite.
-Utilize various systems, including NetSuite, Deposco, Salesforce, Amazon Advantage, and Shopify, to manage and analyze inventory and sales data.
-Update stock caps in Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
-Generate and analyze inventory and sales reports.
Vendor Management:
-Communicate effectively with vendors regarding purchase orders, deliveries, and invoices.
-Review and approve vendor invoices.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors.
Communication and Collaboration:
-Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding inventory levels, new products, and out-of-stock items.
-Collaborate with the fulfillment team to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

What You'll Bring

    • Proven experience in inventory control, inventory management, or a related field.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions.
    • Experience with inventory management software and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Deposco).
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

$50,000 - $60,000 a year
