We are seeking a dynamic People Operations Manager to join our global team. This pivotal role will oversee all aspects of HR and people operations, ensuring a cohesive and positive employee experience across our international employee base. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing a global base of employees and be well-versed in global employment compliance, PEOs, EORs, and subsidiary operations.
Responsibilities
- Team Culture Development: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with our company values and promotes employee engagement and productivity.
- Employment Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations across all regions where we operate, including North America, Asia, and Europe.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support scalability and operational efficiency while ensuring fairness and consistency.
- Global Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to drive recruitment efforts globally, attracting top talent and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes that facilitate career development and drive high performance across teams.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related issues, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Global Expansion Support: Collaborate with legal and finance teams to support the setup and management of PEOs, EORs, and subsidiary companies as we expand into new international markets.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop learning programs, and provide resources that enhance employee skills and support career growth.
Qualifications
- SHRM-SCP certification required.
- 6+ years of experience in HR or people operations roles, with at least 2 years in a global capacity.
- Demonstrated experience managing teams in different countries, particularly in North America, Asia, and Europe.
- Strong understanding of global employment laws and compliance requirements.
- Experience working with PEOs, EORs, and managing subsidiary companies preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR policies and programs that support company goals and growth.
