Are you passionate about leading teams who grow skills, knowledge and abilities? Does the idea of enabling outstanding operational performance through talent practices and programs excite you? We're looking for an experienced leader to lead our eCore Talent Enablement team for our global Customer Success Services (CSS) organization. We’re defining and building a team focused on realizing our Talent Enablement vision, being a trusted partner to empower CSS Ops teams to grow and evolve with changing business and customer needs. In this role, you will be a member of the Talent Enablement management team, leading our eCore Talent Enablement team of specialists. You’ll partner across Talent Enablement, CSS Operations, and Atlassian People teams globally to ensure that eCore’s unique talent perspective informs our talent frameworks, processes, and programs, enabling CSS Ops teams to grow and evolve with changing business and customer needs.

What you’re accountable for:
Directly managing Talent Enablement eCore team members responsible for advancing talent frameworks and processes, as well as related initiatives spanning multiple geographies and audiences.
Ensuring consistent consideration of eCore specifics across the Talent Enablement portfolio.
Leading efforts to align eCore and Atlassian people processes when possible, or when needed, to design and implement alternatives, as well as measuring their ongoing success.
Cultivating partnerships across eCore leadership, HR, and Operations with Atlassian HR, CSS Operations, and Talent Enablement.
Sharing eCore’s talent practice expertise, including lessons learned, and identifying opportunities to leverage similar approaches within Atlassian.
Growing and developing the individual and collective capabilities of your team
Gaining buy-in across a diverse set of stakeholders to effectively lead change.

On your first day we’ll expect you to have:
Deep experience leading complex global learning, talent development, talent projects and/or CSS support operations at scale
People management experience in relevant domains
The ability to execute on and evolve an overall talent development strategy and to prioritize resource allocations to drive rapid value-delivery in a dynamic environment 
Excellent judgment, strong curiosity, and the learning agility to provide outstanding people-related thought leadership for eCore and CSS.
Outstanding consulting, influencing, and change leadership skills.
Effective methods for presenting complex programs and plans to a wide range of audiences, from senior leadership to front-line team members.
Analytic rigor, the drive to support decisions with data, and the ability to make data digestible to diverse audiences
Nice to have
Proficiency with Gmail, G Suite, and Slack
Familiarity with agile software delivery frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Working knowledge of Confluence, Jira, and related tools
Academic research background in individual performance and motivation in organizations
