The Delivery Associate (DA) is the face of Eagle Eye Express, LLC, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner. This position performs day-to-day route operations by safely and efficiently transporting and delivering customer packages. The DA will be assigned a route associated with a specific geographic zone. Routes can vary from day-to-day.
We are seeking part-time to full-time candidates who are responsible, independent, active, and customer driven.

8-10 hour shifts
Warehouse based in Oakley, CA
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily inspections of vehicle before departing to deliver goods
- Pack and load products onto vans according to company specifications
- Possess excellent time management skills
- Safely drive and operate company delivery vehicle
- Use a handheld device for routing and customer delivery information
- Deliver orders to customers on assigned routes
- Maintain ongoing communication with route dispatcher
- Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
- Lift packages up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to get in and out of the van and to walk up and down stairs throughout your shift
Qualifications:
- Eligible to work in the US
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid California Driver’s License
- Pass a 7-year background and DMV record check
- Pass a 4-panel Drug Test *EXCLUDING CANNABIS/THC*
- Available to start and work weekends during probationary period
Preferred Qualities:
- Focus on safety, customer service, and continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently, with minimal authority
- Possess a positive and professional attitude
- Team player and leadership skills (willingness to assist other drivers)
- Prior experience in delivery, logistics, and customer service
Compensation & Benefits:
- $22.75/hr starting pay
- 3-days paid training
