About the role
As our first mid level Customer Education Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the way our customers learn and engage with our products. You’ll be the driving force behind our educational content, ensuring that our customers are equiped with the skills and knowledge they need to maximise the value of our products. You’ll be working alongside our incredible Customer Experience team of 3 to help empower our customers to achieve their business goals and fully realise the benefits of agility.
What you’ll do:
- Create engaging and impactful educational materials, including user guides, video tutorials, webinars, and interactive modules, designed to resonate with our customers and support their learning journey.
- Lead live training sessions, webinars, and workshops that empower our customers to fully leverage our product suite, transforming complex concepts into practical, actionable knowledge.
- Repurpose and tailor educational resources to support different audiences across the business, including our Solution Partner channel.
- Keep our educational resource library fresh and accessible, ensuring customers can easily find the information they need, when they need it.
- Partner with our Customer Success, Support and Product teams to pinpoint common customer challenges and craft tailored educational content that directly addresses these needs.
- Monitor and report on the success of our educational programs with a focus on customer satisfaction, engagement, and product adoption, using data to drive ongoing improvements.
About you:
- You’re a skilled instructional designer with a knack for creating comprehensive educational materials and learning experiences for SaaS products.
- You have experience working in an Agile environment and are familiar with agile frameworks and principles, allowing you to understand and address the unique challenges and opportunities our customers face.
- You thrive in ambiguity and can create structure from scratch. We don’t have all the processes in place yet and need someone who is excited about building the systems needed to make Customer Education at Easy Agile truely effective.
- You can quickly absorb complex information and turn it into educational resources that are easy to understand and engaging for diverse audiences.
- You work well in a collaborative environment where you can partner closely with cross functional teams to ensure that customers are fully supported.
We’ll be excited if you have:
- A background in creating educational content that empowers sales teams and helps potential customers quickly grasp the value of our products.
- Worked in the Atlassian ecosystem previously, either within Atlassian, a marketplace builder or partner.
