We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to become one of the key members of the Business Intelligence team at Easybrain. In this role, you will contribute to the development of our internal BI system, which enables data-driven decision-making for creating market-leading puzzle and logic games.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement production-ready machine learning models to predict user LTV and personalize the gaming experience;
- Transform research prototypes into stable, high-performance, and scalable production code;
- Optimize the entire model lifecycle: from efficient data retrieval using performant SQL queries to accelerating training and inference processes;
- Automate the deployment and monitoring of models (CI/CD, performance and drift tracking);
- Analyze the accuracy of deployed models and research new approaches to improve key business metrics.
Requirements:
- Strong command of Python, including experience with its optimization and application in production systems;
- Deep knowledge of SQL and experience writing complex, performant queries against large volumes of data;
- Solid understanding of classic machine learning algorithms and the ability to select the most effective solutions for specific tasks;
- Proven experience transitioning ML models from prototype to production: building reliable processes, and writing clean, testable code;
- Russian language proficiency is a must;
- English language proficiency (Intermediate level or higher);
- Experience in mobile games, advertising technologies, or with BI tools will be a significant plus.
